Happy New Year!
Well, 2019 is now officially here! Starting a new year is always an exciting time. It’s a time for reflection, renewal, and re-commitment to excellence.

I might get back into gym scene for a month, maybe two if I’m really feeling dedicated, only to slowly (and surely) fall back into my old habits of not exercising AT ALL and succumbing to sugary snacks and processed foods.

I remember not so long ago, while I was a professional dancer, working 7 days a week, long hours with very little sleep, traveling, I used to be in so much pain all the time and the stress had a huge toll on my body too. I thought I was doomed to be in pain for the rest of my life. I was also gaining a lot of weight, fast. And there was no diet to help me either. I was at the end of my rope! Oh yes I’ve made the resolutions to, year after year to change the pattern, but they never seemed to stick!
Until I realized that making a resolution is not enough, it needs to be followed by intelligent action. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Have you ever heard this sentence?
