NDA -Proprietary Systems
All of the Body Design Formula programs are proprietary and the intellectual property of Dr Fitness USA. Each exercise is selected and arranged in a way that contributes to its overall harmony and completeness. Your friends or trainers may suggest other exercises, patterns of sets and reps, etc. They do not understand all of the connections between parts of the program and how the change may damage the whole pattern. Because of this, we recommend that you do not alter the programs
The Dr Fitness USA’s programs are not to be shared or taught in whole or in part to anyone.

We are deeply passionate about sharing our expertise with the world and are looking for students ready to commit learning our methods. We know that when you purchase the program and practice the exercises as prescribed, you will experience results.
Due to the depth of analysis, communication, and time required to create our proven programs, Dr Fitness USA does not provide refunds once an initial plan has been issued. Ongoing support for the plan is provided per program descriptions; however, due to the nature of intellectual property a no-refund policy must be maintained.
