In the past programs, we have done drop sets. Here we are introducing Super Sets and Tri Sets

Super Sets: Two different exercises done  in a row, back to back

Tri Sets: Three different exercises one  in a row, back to back

Drop Sets: Same exercise starting at a certain weight and continuing with a lower weight
