“Hi, I am Dr. Fitness USA and today I am going to talk to you about men and the strength training programs that I develop so that men can get back in the gym with a sustainable program that will save them time, money and energy, while recovering a lot of youthfulness.

When I am interviewing men, most of them have let their body, gone astray for too long. They complain about having no time, they have families, work obligations and they are on overwhelm. They stop loving themselves, on the account of having no time. This is just a total lie that the person is telling himself. I know plenty of doctors and other professionals that say the same thing, and they are playing at the golf course, or other distractions of their choice.

Men have a feminine side. What is happening is, because your testosterone level has gone down, the feminine side of whom you are is taking over. It becomes very scary tot take risks and to break habits and try something new. That’s why they always say: “Sell to a woman and the man will follow!” So what I’ve done is I’ve taken out the risk and created these online strength programs for men, so that you can go to a brand new environment like the gym, and find an activity that you will fall madly in love with and can’t wait to do it. And of course I could give you a whole list of medical benefits. but that wouldn’t get you successful, that’s more intellectual data. Men need to be taken by the hand in a sense, like learning how to drive a car “this is the car, sit in the car, this is where the key is and turn the key on,” The programs are like that, they are set up that way, and the explanation is so bullet proof, it is set up in the simplest way where you cannot make any mistake, or fail be successful. As you go more into the programs, or should you decide to do some customization, it becomes sustainable throughout your lifestyle, and you realize that you become more of a loving person, not so selfish in the way that you see your family and your woman. Because I notice that men really never offer their woman much of anything when it comes to fitness or to a gym. They are stealing women’s time. Women become victims of too much intellectual information and dialogue and they cannot escape that intellectual logic. Men take advantage of that by letting women running their affairs, inundating them with more stress. If you would encourage your woman to go to a physical gym, you would see her in a healthier lifestyle and your relationship would become greatly enhanced,

Men actually live in yesterday, they are used to be’s, or they don’t understand that when children leave the home they are now faced with each other, and they show up as totally different people. Where I talk about selfish, is because, for a woman she gives up of her precious time taking care of the family and the business and doesn’t take the time to take care of herself. She gets old very fast. The hormones change as she matures through the ages, she shows up as a very old person, and she is a very different person as the one you actually met. Should you go to the gym, you are looking at 25 years old, because they are portraying youth and health. So I need you to set the example and to take action and show up for your family, your children, your friends and be responsible for not letting your body rust like an old car. Let me Dr. Fitness USA help you move to a more positive position, Just like a chess piece, I can guide you, we can go slowly. If you have to give up all those preconceived ideas and that passive aggressive behavior that you say you are going to do something, and you never show up. God forbid, you’ll land in the doctor office, or you wind up at the hospital, like so many people I know, because they are smart asses.
