• Coaching and consulting services
• Digital publications and magazine subscriptions

By accessing or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

Individuals under 18 may participate only with verified parental or legal guardian consent. The guardian assumes full responsibility for participation.

All content, programs, training materials, coaching, and communications are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not medical providers, licensed therapists, or healthcare professionals. Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

You agree to consult your physician before beginning any exercise or wellness program.

assumption of risk

Participation in fitness training, breathwork, movement practices, postural correction programs, or other embodied practices involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Musculoskeletal injury
• Strains and sprains
• Cardiovascular stress
• Emotional or psychological responses
• Unforeseen physical reactions

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

memberships terms

If you enroll in a recurring membership:

Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund past payments.

Access to membership content continues until the end of the current billing period.

refund policy for customized programs

Customized Body Design Formula™ programs involving individualized analysis, design, and consultation are non-refundable.

Due to the intellectual property nature and backend customization work, all sales are final once program development begins.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• You infringe intellectual property
• Your conduct is disruptive or harmful

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting revised terms on the site. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms or other policies means you accept the changes.

payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors, including Stripe and Square, operating under affiliated merchant accounts.

We do not store full credit card information.

You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Fitness International LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Personal injuries arising from participation
• Technical interruptions

Your use of services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr Fitness International LLC, its officers, agents, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
